Dear Sophie

I am writing you a little note just to say hello and to let you know I am thinking about you. I hope you are having a fun time today.

My name is Natalie and I am a friendly Fairy. I live with all my Elf and Fairy friends in the magic Buttercup Forest which is not very far from your house in Gympie. Of course, unless you are an Elf or a Fairy you won’t be able to find Buttercup Forest, because it is a special, magical place where only Fairy Folk can go.

There are many Elves and Fairies living in Buttercup Forest and we each have a very important job to do. I like to visit children to make sure they are having fun. There's also the Birthday Fairy who visits all those children who are having birthdays to make sure all is prepared for their very special day. Saudavel the Get Well Fairy visits all the children who are not feeling well and makes sure they are comfortable and cosy. There is also Escola the First Day of School Fairy who makes sure all is prepared for those children who are about start their first day of school. Of course we can’t forget Tandra the Tooth Fairy who has the very important job of visiting all those children who have lost a baby tooth and have left it out for Tandra to collect.

Anyway, the other day everyone in Buttercup Forest was talking about you and all the Elves and Fairies were saying what a big girl you are now. 4 years old! ...
